How To Complete the Electronic Waiver
Please watch closely to learn how to properly complete the Animal Rides electronic waiver. This way you'll be able to explain to customers how to fill it out if they have any questions! The following items are required in order to submit the form: A valid email address (NoEmail.firstname.lastname@example.org - for those who don't have an email address) The customer's First Name (Guardian for young children) A valid phone number (In case of Overtime or Incident) When a customer asks why they have to fill out the waiver, simply tell them it's 'just for liability and so they know to follow the riding rules.' Remember, each customer MUST sign the waiver before renting a ride, this is a mandatory Animal Rides policy. Thank you you watching and please contact Management if you have any questions!

Quick Fix for Animal Rides
Quick demonstration for how to fix the wires on the bottom of our animals. Please watch closely to learn which wire to reconnect in the event of a non-working animal.
